Cancellation and No-Show Policy

We understand things come up in life. If something comes up and you cannot keep your appointment, please call the salon or message our Facebook page to cancel or reschedule. We ask for at least 24 hours notice so we are able to fill the spot.

If you do not cancel, and do not show up, you will be marked as a no-show. We reserve the right to charge a fee not to exceed $50 for a no-show. This fee will be charged automatically to the credit card on file if you made an online booking, or will be added to your bill on your next visit. As a business that relies on filling our appointment books, we hope you understand our need to enforce this policy.

Continuous reschedules may also be subject to a non-refundable deposit.

This Policy is to ensure that our Stylists are able to fill cancelled spots and are not left with an empty slot, therefore not making money. Our Stylists work on a commission basis and rely on the appointments scheduled.
