If there is something that needs fixed with the service you received, you can contact the Salon within 1 week of the date of your original service to receive a free re-do. After the 1 week timeframe, there may be a charge depending on the service.

If you received the service you requested, and decided afterwards that you do not like it, we will gladly change it for you, but you will be required to pay for this service.

We offer free consults for all services. This is a great chance to discuss your expectations and hair history with your Stylist so they can formulate the best results for you.
