If you have colored your hair within the last 2 years with any color that is not a Salon professional brand, it is important to tell your Stylist. Not all home colors mix well with professional colors and the results may not be what is expected.
It is also important to tell your Stylist if you have colored your hair with Henna or Splat within the last 2 years. Because of the unpredicatable nature of both of those kinds of color, we will not preform a color service on anyone with those on their hair. Henna can have a chemical reaction with professional color which can cause hair to break or melt off. Splat is unable to be removed without doing extreme damage to the hair.
